1. Refunds and Cancelations
Once purchased: tours, events and activities tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled. All of them are often sold out and your space is being guaranteed on them. We do not offer partial credits or rescheduling for partial attendance, no shows, or late arrivals.
If the Customer has doubts or problems during the purchase process can write through WhatsApp at 1-787-921-6960. Need to be included in the message:

2. Weather consideration as cancellations in the tours, activities and/or events
Our location, as a country, is an area prone to atmospheric events such as rains, storms, and hurricanes. We evaluate the weather forecast to ensure the safety of our participants. Walking Tours and outdoor activities will not be canceled due to rain warnings. We recommend that you bring a cape or umbrella for outdoor events. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any activity due to extreme weather events. In this case, you will be offered the option of a money back or a credit for the purchase of another activity.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, and beverages) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, tours, activities, events or gift cards.
