After you decide the experience you will fill out a Quote Request Form. To go to the form hit the buttons ATH Móvil or Paypal, or CLICK HERE. In it let us know what date and how big your group is, among other things that we need from you to provide a great service.
Payment methods: ATH Móvil, Paypal, bank transfers.
✅ Each experience has a minimum payment that belongs to a maximum number of people in the group.
For example:
You pay $180 to open the date and your group can be from 1 to 12 people. *Prices may vary by activity.
You can add participants to the group if you need to! We included the additional price per person in the form.
See at the right of the experience's name the number of the people that are included in the total amount you will be paying to open the date.
You can add transportation for your group. Please write the pick up and drop off location. *The price of the transportation will be added and could vary because of the total number of people in your group. We will add this amount in the quote that we will send to you.

👀 Try to request our services at least 2 weeks in advance. We will answer your request in the next 72 hours, letting you know if we are available and including in our email the invoice with the total amount of your booking.

🤔 Consider the following:
Do not use perfumes, body lotion, or any other hard fragrances. These odors could affect the behavior of bees.
You must wear a special suit for this activity (provided by the farm) when interacting with the bees. Interaction with the bees will not be allowed to people who do not comply with this point.
You must wear long socks and closed shoes. Interaction with the bees will not be allowed to people who do not comply with this point.
A release of responsibility (waiver) must be completed before beginning the tour. You will receive the document by the chosen communication method. The form is digital, and you will receive a copy when you submit your information.
In the reservation you must report if you have allergies or any existing health conditions, and identify all the people who are in your group. In the form is a section to include yourself and the people with you.
We talk about the history, culture, gastronomy, and biodiversity of the visited destination.
We will set a meeting point for the participants. You must be at the meeting point at the indicated time. For security reasons, the meeting point is only shared with you after completing the reservation.
If you select ATH Móvil as your payment method, at the time you click the submit button on the form, you will receive an email with a quote/invoice and payment instructions. Your reservation will only be accepted at the time we receive your payment transaction. Send the total amount of your reservation that appears on the document you will receive selecting the Pay a Business option.
The automatic email after your submission form will be sent as Turismo Borincano but probably is going to your “Updates” folder. Please verify your email folders “UPDATE”, “PROMOTIONS”, “JUNK” o “SPAM”. Some of our communications go to those folders when we send the information through our email marketing channel.
Each participant must bring snacks, water, and money for their food purchases, if the tour does not include it. (Each experience description has the details if some food is included.)
The use of sports and fresh clothing is recommended. Flexible and light colors.
Wear closed-toed shoes that can get dirty. A pair with a good grip on the ground. We do not recommend wearing high-heeled, elevated shoes, sandals or flip flops. The surfaces we will be on could have unevenness and elements of nature (branches, stones, among others).
Bring extra clothes and shoes to change. In case it rains, or you just want to change at the end of the tour.
The use of mosquito repellent and sunscreen should be natural, or organic if possible.
Other alternatives to protect yourself from the sun are a hat, a cap, or an umbrella.
Bring a raincoat ('poncho', 'impermeable') for the rain.
Bring a camera to capture your memories during your experience.
Binoculars for birdwatching, closer view.
Be enthusiastic about breathing fresh air, get to know La Isla del Encanto and to support Puerto Rican farmers.
How does Turismo Borincano define Level of Difficulty?
Level 1: Easy | People of all ages can participate.
Level 2: Moderate | Requires moderate physical condition to move through some inaccessible sections. Minors must always be under adult supervision.
Level 3: Difficult | Requires a good physical condition. The ground will probably be uneven, rocky, or slippery. Not recommended for underage participants (-21).
Level 4: Extreme | Requires participants to be in high physical condition. The ground will be uneven, rocky, or slippery. No minors are allowed to participate (-21).
Return Policy (extract)
The purchase of this service or product is final. No returns will be issued for this service or product.
Once purchased, tour tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Our tours often sell out, and your space is guaranteed on the tour. We do not offer partial credit or rescheduling for partial attendance, no-shows, or late arrivals.
Our geographical location as a country is an area prone to atmospheric events such as rain, storms, and hurricanes. We evaluate the weather forecast to ensure the safety of our participants. Tours will not be canceled due to rain warnings.
We recommend bringing a raincoat or umbrella for outdoor events. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to extreme weather events. In such event, you will be offered the option of a refund or credit towards the purchase of another tour.

A confirmation of your purchase and the logistical information corresponding to the tour will be sent to you by email. The emails could be generated from one or two of the following:

Also, you will receive information about the logistics and other issues related to the tour purchased to your phone number provided through the WhatsApp application. We will be contacting you from our number 1-787-921-6960.
For these reasons, you will be asked for your email, phone number, and other personal information at the time of purchase.

Terms and Conditions (extract)
On the day of the tour, you will be asked to sign a waiver. The waiver is important that you read it carefully and sign the document to participate in the tour.
